What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally your phone number and shipping address. When you order: the items you bought and your order history. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, run your account, send order and password emails, and, only if you opt in, send product news. We share offers from RAW MATERIALS only if you turn that on in your account.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our email provider (to send you email), and our shipping carrier (to deliver your order). We do not sell your personal information.
Your controls
From your account you can edit your details, change email preferences, download a copy of your data, sign out of all devices, or delete your account. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data; past orders are kept without your details for tax records.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser stores your bag. No advertising trackers.
