Terms of Service
1. Agreement. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy from us.
3. Your account. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can update, download, or delete your account at any time from the Account page.
4. Orders and pricing. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel any order, including for pricing errors, and will refund any payment taken.
5. Shipping and returns. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and a flat $6 otherwise, within the United States. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety, opened products and BAC Water cannot be returned.
6. Product use. Use products only as labeled. You agree not to use BAC Water on people or animals.
7. Third-party links. We are not responsible for content or purchases on other sites, including RAW MATERIALS.
8. Intellectual property. Site content, names, and logos belong to Well Deserved Skin and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
